I do not own my own business, can I sign up as an individual?
Yes, you can sign up with us as an individual. In this case you should leave the fields "Company name", "VAT number" and "business registration number" empty.
Why do I have provide so much information in order to register?
This information is used to register any possible won domain names onto your name and to set up invoices. It is very important that you provide us with the right information so we can provide you with the best service possible.
Why do I have to login to see the lists?
We only offer the lists of domain names to those who will actually participate in the auction. Any other use of the lists is prohibited. (Please take a look at our general terms & conditions)
I own multiple businesses which I want to use to participate in auctions, is this allowed?
Currently this is not possible within the same account. You will have to register a separate account for each business.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please send an e-mail to support or send us a message via the contact us page.
